Process was quick and painless, had my funds in my account within two days from first contact. Debra followed up at each step of the process giving me great confidence, especially around providing my personal details and bank statement information.

Debra went above and beyond to help me get my loan.. she couldn't help me for 6 weeks or so.. but put it in her diary to call me then and followed up with me..She also made sure I knew what I needed when that time came So we could get the ball rolling straight away.. I was approved in I think less then 2 days.. so happy.. was so fast. She was amazing and wisr is great.. 2nd time dealing with them and it was great this time too. Even kept in contact through the process to make sure everything was going OK and if I needed any help. So happy!!!

Ranga was proactive and provided guidance and advice every step of the way. Together we were able to finalise and settle finance for me in a short timeframe after being left in the deep end by the dealership. 10 out of 10 service, attitude and nothing was too much for him to do. Attention: Management Ranga is the true epitome of customer service. I was directed to him, due to a loan company messing me around. At very short notice, and doing a lot of ground work Ranga got my loan processed and also negotiated a good interest rate. Highly recommend carloans.com.au to find the best rate available to you. They do the heavy lifting and make the process of financing a car much easier. Some processes make the experience less than seamless (paper forms, multiple different brokers, some uncertainty about who communicates back to the car dealership and the car broker) but ultimately the result is good.
