Process was quick and transparent

So, refreshing to receive outstanding customer service. We were strung along by a bank for a week with a poor outcome. I then went back to Debra, she was fantastic at explaining all the ins and outs making sure we had a product to suit us, her communication along the process was quick and transparent and the outcome was achieved in a day! I always had updates throughout the process

I was lucky enough to come across Debra while looking for a better finance deal for my car. It was my first time seeking finance as a sole trader and Debra walked me through the different options and explained what would be best for me in my circumstances. She was able to get me almost a full percentage under the other lenders rate and explained through all the specifics of the loan in easy-to-understand ways for me.
